International Advisor on Diamonds and Precious Stones
For more than four decades, Z Boyadjian has worked across the scientific, commercial, and historical dimensions of diamonds and rare gemstones, advising collectors, institutions, estates, and international partners on evaluation, provenance, and long-term stewardship.
Z Boyadjian has spent decades operating at the intersection of geology, global trade, and the stewardship of the world's most important gemstones. His work has taken him from diamond-producing regions in Africa to the trading centers of Antwerp and Hong Kong, and from private collections in New York and London to advisory environments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where rare stones function not only as luxury objects but as instruments of continuity, diplomacy, and concentrated value.
Born in Lebanon and raised in South Los Angeles along Washington Boulevard, he entered the trade independently at a young age, establishing a jewelry presence on Hollywood Boulevard before pursuing formal training at the Gemological Institute of America. There he completed the Graduate Gemologist program and established the scientific foundation that would guide his international work.
Today, Z Boyadjian is recognized internationally for a career that spans the full lifecycle of rare gemstones — from their geological origins to their preservation within collections that define cultural memory and long-term value.
